지원 분야
◦ 채용공고문에 명시된 전공분야를 선택함
국내연락처
◦ 지원자와 연락 가능한 국내의 연락 방법을 기재하되, 외국에 거주하는 자는 국내 연락책임자의 성명, 주소, 전화번호, 본인과의 관계 등을 기재함
학력
◦ 고등학교 이상의 학력을 모두 기재하되 고등학교는 우측 빈칸의 학과(전공), 학위명, 학위 취득일자란에 학교 소재지를 기재함. 대학과 대학원은 우측 빈칸의 수학기간(날짜 기재), 학과(전공), 학위명, 학위 취득 일자를 정확히 기재함
☞ 석‧박사통합과정의 경우 박사학위에 석‧박사통합과정으로 기재
경력
◦ 학력 이외에 교육‧연구기관 근무경력을 기재하되, 재직기간은 날짜(년, 월, 일)까지 정확히 기재함
☞ 경력증명서 기재내용과 반드시 일치해야 하고, 재직중인 경우에는 현재 날짜를 기재함
☞ 시간강사 경력의 경우 기간이 연결되는 경우 통합하여 입력 가능
자격
◦ 채용 관련 분야 자격증 및 면허를 소지하고 있는 경우에 한하여 기재함

연구실적물은 형식과 내용이 논문체계를 갖추어야 하며 2019. 5. 1. 현재 발표‧게재‧등록된 것이어야 함
연구실적 목록 작성
◦ 지원자가 최근 3년 이내(2016. 5. 1. ~ 2019. 4. 30.)에 발표한 연구실적을 『연구실적』화면에서 학위논문(석사, 박사 모두 입력), 학술지게재논문[국제저명학술지(SCIE, SSCI, A&HCI), 국제전문학술지(SCOPUS), 국내전문학술지(등재 및 등재후보)], 저서, 특허 등을 입력함
※ 미등재지는 불인정함
※ 국제저명학술지(SCIE, SSCI, A&HCI) 및 국제전문학술지(SCOPUS) 인정범위는 본교 교원 업적평가시행지침 제9조에 의함
(*) 단, SCOPUS는 Source type이 Journal인 논문집만 인정
(**) 천문우주과학과‘전파관측 또는 적외선관측’분야의 경우
Nature Astronomy 저널은 JCR 학문분야별 상위 10% 학술지로 인정

◦ 연구실적 목록은 국문 작성이 원칙이며, 영어 이외의 외국어는 필히 국문으로 번역하여 제출할 것(영어로 된 실적물은 번역하지 않아도 무방함)
단계별 심사대상 연구실적물 선정
◦『연구실적』화면에서 입력한 연구실적 중에서 다음 사항을 참조하여 예비(본)심사 대상 연구실적을 선정하여 입력
- 예비(본)심사 : 최종학위 논문 및 최근 3년 이내(2016. 5. 1. ~ 2019. 4. 30.)에 발표한 연구실적물 400%까지 입력 후 질적 평가를 위하여 지원자가 3편의 논문을 지정 선택함 (최종학위논문은 본심사 시 당연히 심사하므로 지정 제외)
◦ 모든 심사대상 연구실적물은 게재년도를 기준으로 산정하며, 2017년도 이후 발표된 논문은 2017년도 영향력지수(Impact Factor) 기재
예시) 발표일자가 2017년 12월인 경우 2017년의 IF를 기재하고, 2018년 1월인 경우 2018년의 IF가 산정되지 않았으므로 가장 최근인 2017년 IF 작성

Ⅲ. 본심사 서류 제출 (※전공심사 대상자로 선정된 자에 한함)
제출서류: 최종학위논문 3부
※ 신소재공학과 ‘에너지 및 환경재료’ 분야는 지원자의 모든 연구실적 목록(publication list)이 포함된 이력서(Curriculum Vitae) 추가 제출
접수방법: 직접접수 원칙(우편접수 가능)
접 수 처: 지원하려는 대학(원) 접수처
Ⅳ. 기타사항
○ 교원임용지원서 접수는 본교 인터넷 등록기간에 등록하여 접수번호를 부여받고, 지원 서류 접수가 완료된 것에 한하여 인정함
○ 각 단계별 심사대상자 및 최종합격자는 홈페이지에서 개별적으로 확인 가능
○ 지원 자격 중“박사(석사)학위 소지자”라 함은 지원서 접수마감일 기준 박사 (석사)학위를 수여받은 자를 말하며, 논문심사는 완료되었으나 학위수여일이 없거나 조건부로 박사(석사)학위를 수여받은 자는 박사(석사)학위 소지자로 인정하지 아니함
○ 연락처는 긴급연락이 가능한 주소와 전화번호로 하며, 연락두절로 인한 불이익은 본교가 책임지지 않고 지원자가 감수하여야 함
○ 접수된 서류는 변경(교체)이 불가하며, 기타 자세한 사항은 해당 대학(원) 지원서 접수처로 문의 바람
